Working at the Food Processing plant is my experience

After the reduction in the previous position, I was looking for a stable job in a reliable company. I've heard about the Food Products plant for a long time. I decided to get acquainted with the open vacancies and found out that they need workers in the sausage shop. According to the description, the job suited me, so I decided to try it.

It was very attractive that the employment at the plant is official, according to the labor code. It was very important for me personally, as it gives me confidence in the seriousness of the company.

After employment, I was immediately provided with high-quality work clothes and told that the plant has its own service bus that carries employees from the villages. For me, this was just very important, since I live in the village, and I don't have my own car.

The essence of my job is to work on a sausage line, as well as in the packaging /packaging of sausages. The job is simple. I was accepted without experience and taught everything on the spot. By and large, if you immediately delve into the essence of the matter, then you can figure everything out pretty quickly. It took me about a week. The production here is very large-scale, so there is always a lot of work. But we have a stable 2/2 schedule from 8:00 to 20:00, we work strictly in shifts. There are no free overwork here, so this is also a big advantage.

The attitude of the management towards the employees here is more than good. They compensate us for all medical examinations, allow us to take time off as needed, and change shifts with colleagues. In different situations, they often meet halfway, for which I thank you very much. Overall, the atmosphere is very friendly. Colleagues are in normal relations with each other, when necessary, we can help each other, substitute, etc. It is much more pleasant and easier to work in such a team, which is why I especially love my job. A pleasant bonus for us here is the opportunity to buy our products at discounted prices. Personally, I use it regularly. Moreover, the quality of the products is excellent here.

In short, I love and cherish my work at the plant. For me, this is a great place.
