Terms and conditions of the Birthday Gift Lottery promotion

1. The Promotion “Birthday Gift Lottery” starts on 8th of August 2012 at 00:01(GMT + 3) and ends on the 7th of August at 2013 23:59 (GMT + 3).

2. In order to participate in the Promotion it is necessary be register as a Client at uwcfx.com, fully verified, have an open live trading account with UWCFX and to deposit 1000 USD (in a single deposit) or more to the live trading account during the Promotion time.

3. Each 1000 USD deposit is considered as a one entry to the Lottery draw. A Client is allowed for an unlimited number of entries.

4. Only deposits made from external sources can be taken into consideration.

5. The Winner will be chosen randomly based on the transparent algorithm. The Lottery draw and the announcement of the winner will take place on August 8th 2013.

6. The Winner will be awarded with a BMW X5 car. The Winner has the right to choose the money (equivalent value of the car) instead of the car if he/she wishes.

7. Company has the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion at any given time.
