European Brokers
In the European Union, brokers are regulated in accordance with the MiFID directive (regulatory rules aimed at increasing the transparency of reporting on operations with shares and derivatives).
The most well-known regulators are: BaFIN (Germany), CySEC (Cyprus), FSA UK (Great Britain). These regulators are engaged in regular monitoring and control over the activities of financial sector companies.
