Presenting your attention the new system of spreads on currency pairs, which as of today we introduce to all real and demo accounts of Admiral Markets.
FX4 = Floating Spreads (floating spreads) + FiXed Maximums (fixed maxima) + 4-digit Quotes (quoting up to 4 decimal places)
Floating Spreads - a floating interbank spreads from 1 pip! In fact, the company reduces the spreads on all currency pairs Forex by 30-50%.
Fixed Maximums - maximum spread in the daytime remains fixed (at the same levels as before the introduction of the FX4) and will not exceed the established maximums. For example, a floating spread on the currency pair USDJPY will never exceed a maximum of 2 points.
4-digit Quotes - remains the most comfortable to read and easy-to-market analysis method for Quotation currency pairs for up to 4 decimal places (eg: 1.3701).
The following table you can see some examples of the new system of quotation:
Currency pair | Min. Spread day | Max. Spread day | Levels Limit / Stop Day | Spread the night | Levels Limit / Stop at night |
EURUSD | 1 | 2 | 5 | 1-2 | 5 |
GBPUSD | 2 | 3 | 5 | 2-3 | 5 |
USDJPY | 1 | 2 | 5 | 1-2 | 5 |
USDCAD | 3 | 4 | 6 | 3-4 | 6 |
USDCHF | 2 | 3 | 5 | 2-3 | 5 |
AUDUSD | 2 | 3 | 5 | 5 | 5 |
NZDUSD | 3 | 5 | 7 | 7 | 7 |
Spreads on the most liquid pairs (EURUSD, USDJPY) will always be equal to one or two points (1-2). Less liquid pairs (eg, NZDUSD) at night may be quoted with advanced fixed spread, but in the daytime spreads on these pairs will be formed in the system FX4.
