GOLD status for VIP-clients RoboForex

Effort to improve customer service, RoboForex developed a special VIP-service program. Clients RoboForex, on the trading accounts of which there is a large deposit, given the status of GOLD. This status is displayed in the Dashboard and enables clients to receive special services, programs and privileges.

To assign Personal Cabinet status GOLD, you must have total funds (Equity) for all trading accounts at least 50 000 USD (or equivalent in EUR or RUR).

Scope of services provided to clients with the status of GOLD:

1. Any issues are addressed on an individual basis. For VIP-client attaches a personal manager to be contacted during business hours of the Company and receive advice on working in the Forex market and services RoboForex;

2. Low commissions for ECN accounts to 2 USD per 1 lot (in one side);

3. Improving the conditions of the Program Rebates. The company doubled the amount of remuneration payable to the trading account at the end of each month;

4. Replenishment of the account and withdrawals without a fee. The company compensates for all the charges levied by remittances;

5. Phone dealing. VIP-clients can make trades by telephone around the clock.
